Candlelight Yoga (all levels)

Join us for a slower paced vinyasa class balancing the perfect amount of effort and ease. Set to music and illuminated only by candles, this soulful vinyasa class will build strength and flexibility, dissolve tension, and promote a greater sense of well-being. Using props, meditation, and breathing techniques you will leave feeling refreshed, balanced and calm. 

Feel Good Vinyasa Flow (all levels)

60 MINUTES

Care for your mind/body/spirit in this all levels Vinyasa Yoga flow class. As we flow and move through asanas (poses), we will focus on riding the wave of our breath and find what feels good. We will tune into the layers of self through setting intentions and exploring meditation & pranayama techniques. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Buti Yoga

60 MINUTES

BUTI® is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out.

Buti is an Indian Marathi word meaning "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret." It incorporates power vinyasa flow, hip shaking, jumping or hopping exercises using the core to increase muscular power and explosiveness and reduce the force of impact on the joints with tribal dance moves. Get ready to empower your workout, release endorphins, smile, sweat with intention, awaken your chakra energy, and transform your core from the inside out!

 

Power Yoga

60 MINUTES  

Power Yoga is fantastic for yogis who'd like to add an athletic flair to their yoga flow. We'll tap into the power of Prana through breathing techniques and practice intermediate to advanced yoga postures. Build strength and endurance in this faster-paced class with groovy beats and empowering core work.

Tandava Yogic Dance

60 MINUTES 

Tandava Yogic Dance is choreographed yoga blended with uptempo contemporary dance. You'll be on your mat practicing shapes you know and combining them with fluid dance transitions. The class will begin with a yoga warm-up and then move into learning a set sequence, slowly at first, then picking up the pace until adding on portions of the choreYOGrAphy with music. All levels are welcome! Experience in dance or yoga is recommended but not required.
