Candlelight Yoga (all levels)

60 MINUTES 

Join us for a slower paced vinyasa class balancing the perfect amount of effort and ease. Set to music and illuminated only by candles, this soulful vinyasa class will build strength and flexibility, dissolve tension, and promote a greater sense of well-being. Using props, meditation, and breathing techniques you will leave feeling refreshed, balanced and calm. 

Tandava Yogic Dance

60 MINUTES 

Tandava Yogic Dance is choreographed yoga blended with uptempo contemporary dance. You'll be on your mat practicing shapes you know and combining them with fluid dance transitions. The class will begin with a yoga warm-up and then move into learning a set sequence, slowly at first, then picking up the pace until adding on portions of the choreYOGrAphy with music. All levels are welcome! Experience in dance or yoga is recommended but not required. 

 

Yoga Flow (all levels)

60 MINUTES

Care for your mind/body/spirit in this all levels Vinyasa Yoga flow class. As we flow and move through asanas (poses), we will focus on riding the wave of our breath. We will tune into the layers of self through setting intentions and exploring meditation & pranayama techniques. Come practice in an encouraging and supportive environment. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Beginner Yoga Flow 

60 MINUTES  

Beginner Yoga Flow is a perfect introduction to the practice of Yoga. Correct alignment is taught to prevent injury and to establish a healthy foundation for a lifelong yoga practice. Additionally, meditation and pranayama are components of this class. This is a slower paced practice where the student can spend more time feeling into the body. You will leave with a greater sense of well-being by the closing of class.
