Whole Body Stretch is a gentler introduction to the world of yoga-based movement. In this class we will focus on anatomical alignment and the most effective ways to use your body in movement. This class is perfect for yogis, dancers, or athletes looking for a little unwinding and a focus on flexibility. You will leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day.
Feel Good Vinyasa Flow (all levels)
Care for your mind/body/spirit in this all levels Vinyasa Yoga flow class. As we flow and move through asanas (poses), we will focus on riding the wave of our breath and find what feels good. We will tune into the layers of self through setting intentions and exploring meditation & pranayama techniques. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.
Candlelight Yoga (all levels)
Join us for a slower paced yoga class balancing the perfect amount of effort and ease. Set to music and illuminated only by candles, this soulful vinyasa class will build strength and flexibility, dissolve tension, and promote a greater sense of well-being. Using props, meditation, and breathing techniques you will leave feeling refreshed, balanced and calm.
Yoga Beats is an upbeat, dance-inspired spin on your traditional yoga class. Each week you'll move your body through an uptempo vinyasa-inspired flow to a playlist with a bassline. This class is a great way to give yoga a try and play with what your body is capable of! The end of each class will slow you down a bit to focus on deep stretches that will help you restore and refresh your body. Join us for this fun, playful, dance inspired practice!
Yoga Beats Happy Hour
Catch us on the last Friday of every month for our empowering 75-minute Vinyasa yoga flow set to some groovy beats. Together we'll have fun, sweat, and shake our booties with yoga asana designed to make you feel strong.
