Motherhood is a journey. While it can be filled with an abundance of love, connection and new adventures, it can also get quite messy and often times overwhelming. As mothers, it’s hard to find the time to nurture and care for ourselves. We often take a back seat in our own lives.

If you feel like you need a break, to reconnect with YOU and RECENTER, this is the perfect opportunity. And yes, you deserve it.

 In this Mama Mini Retreat, we will find some sanctuary from our messy mom lives and take the time to RESTORE ourselves. Through Yoga, Meditation, Journaling and cultivating community with other moms, you will leave feeling rejuvenated and eager to get back to your little (or big) ones. As the saying goes, “you can’t pour from an empty cup”.

No matter what season of motherhood you are in, this workshop is for you! New moms, Working moms, Stay-at-Home Moms, Breastfeeding or Bottle-feeding Moms, Pregnant Moms, Exhausted Moms… we are here to welcome and embrace you ALL.

Prepare for your retreat: 

  • Bring a journal, paper or pen and a water bottle.
  • Bring your yoga mat from home or you can borrow one of ours.
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and pack some layers (socks, hoodies) if you are prone to getting cold. 
  • We will provide blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps. Feel free to bring any of your own yoga props if you prefer. 
  • Be sure to eat lunch before the retreat. We will provide a healthy snack. If you prefer to bring your own snacks, please do.

Hi Beautiful Mamas! 

I am a mother of two (a 22 month old and a 4.5 year old), Yogini and Dancer. 

In my own life, I have struggled to find balance as a mother, business owner, wife etc. When life gets overwhelming or when I feel my anxiety kicking into high gear, I have found sanctuary in my yoga and meditation practice.

My goal is to create space for you to find stillness within, and reconnect with yourself.
