Adult Hip Hop
Come find your groove, MOVE and get your blood pumping with us! This all levels class will invigorate and energize your body and spirit. Similar to dance cardio classes with a bit more choreography... you will leave sweaty and happy. We will learn a new combo each week! No prior dance experience necessary. We promise!
Tandava Yogic Dance
Tandava Yogic Dance is choreographed yoga blended with uptempo contemporary dance. You'll be on your mat practicing shapes you know and combining them with fluid dance transitions. The class will begin with a yoga warm-up and then move into learning a set sequence, slowly at first, then picking up the pace until adding on portions of the choreYOGrAphy with music. All levels are welcome! Experience in dance or yoga is recommended but not required.

Contemporary/Lyrical dance fuses ballet technique with jazz technique and offers students the opportunity to express themselves emotionally. Each week we will play with different intentions and story lines. Come explore how you can express yourself through movement.
Work on body control, core strength and balance while unleashing your inner diva. Burlesque is all about what it truly means to be sexy and self confident from the inside out. Classes are rooted in fitness and laughter. They include a warm-up, stretch, center and across-the-floor work, and end with a fun and flirty dance combo!
Authentic Movement is a self-informed journey to your center. The structure of the practice is to have movers and witness. The movers move in the space with their eyes closed listening and allowing their movement to come from within. The witness’s job is to hold space for the mover, observing them with non-judgment. This practice helps cultivate an inner witness, illuminating where we often hold our attention and what our internal dialogue is actually saying. This is a donation based class that happens on the First Friday of every month.
