Come find your groove, MOVE and get your blood pumping with us! This all levels class will invigorate and energize your body and spirit. Similar to dance cardio classes with a bit more choreography... you will leave sweaty and happy. We will learn a new combo each week! No prior dance experience necessary. We promise!

This class is perfect for beginners and intermediate dancers. You will leave class feeling sweaty, empowered and happy!
Tandava Yogic Dance
Tandava Yogic Dance is choreographed yoga blended with uptempo contemporary dance. You'll be on your mat practicing shapes you know and combining them with fluid dance transitions. The class will begin with a yoga warm-up and then move into learning a set sequence, slowly at first, then picking up the pace until adding on portions of the choreYOGrAphy with music. All levels are welcome! Experience in dance or yoga is recommended but not required.
Contemporary/Lyrical dance fuses ballet technique with jazz technique and offers students the opportunity to express themselves emotionally. Each week we will play with different intentions and story lines. Come explore how you can express yourself through movement.
Sassifit Dance Fitness
SassiFit Dance Fitness is choreographed dance fitness in the styles of burlesque, jazz, hip hop, pom and ballroom. Each class has 30 minutes of dance cardio, followed by 25 minutes of mat based fitness inspired by barre, yoga and pilates. SassiFit classes are in darkness lit only by pink Christmas lights so that students don't judge themselves or compare themselves to others. SassiFit is a body positive and confidence building program that is based in community and positive thinking.
OULA is a high-energy, easy to learn, calorie burning, crazy-fun dance workout to current top 40 hits.
Classes are one epic hour of sweat, joy, and total inspiration! OULA is Dancemania for the Soul.

Oula a unique opportunity for a high energy cardio workout in a non-judgmental environment that is transforming from the inside out. Our motto is, "it's not how you look, it's how you feel"! It usually takes attending a couple classes to become familiar with the repeating dance and music patterns so try not to be discouraged if your first few classes feel challenging.
