Tandava Yogic Dance WITH KATY PAULSON
Tuesdays - 6:00-7:00pm

Tandava Yogic Dance is choreographed yoga blended with uptempo contemporary dance. You'll be on your mat practicing shapes you know and combining them with fluid dance transitions. The class will begin with a yoga warm-up and then move into learning a set sequence, slowly at first, then picking up the pace until adding on portions of the choreYOGrAphy with music. All levels are welcome! Experience in dance or yoga is recommended but not required. 

GROOV3
THURSDAYS AT 7:00-8:00PM

GROOV3 is fitness out-of-the-box, on a relentless mission to make you DANCE, SWEAT & LIVE far beyond your workout! The goal is to make dance accessible for ALL.

Here's what you can expect:

  • 1 Non-stop DJ set

  • 2 Speeds of Choreography

  • 3 X the Empowerment

 This class is perfect for beginners and intermediate dancers. You will leave class feeling sweaty, empowered and happy!

yoga flow - donation based
Mondays - 6:45-7:45pm

We believe class should be accessible to anyone no matter what your financial situation. Pay what you can based on your income. Suggested donation $5-$15.

As we flow through our yoga asanas (postures), we will tune into our mind/body/spirit through setting intentions and exploring meditation & pranayama techniques. Show up and reconnect to YOU.

adult hip hop
Wednesdays at 6:45-7:45pm

Come find your groove and get your blood pumping with us! This all levels class will invigorate and energize your body and spirit. Similar to dance cardio classes with a bit more choreography... you will leave sweaty, happy and energized. We will learn a FUN new combo each week! No prior dance experience required... we promise. 

candlelight Yoga flow
wedensdays - 5:30-6:30pm,sundays - 6:00-7:00pm

Join us for a slower paced vinyasa class balancing the perfect amount of effort and ease. Set to music and illuminated only by candles, this soulful vinyasa class will build strength and flexibility, dissolve tension, and promote a greater sense of well-being. Using props, meditation, and breathing techniques you will leave feeling refreshed, balanced and calm.

Sassifit dance fitness
Mondays- 5:30-6:30pm

SassiFit Dance Fitness is choreographed dance fitness in the styles of burlesque, jazz, hip hop, pom and ballroom. Each class has 30 minutes of dance cardio, followed by 25 minutes of mat based fitness inspired by barre, yoga and pilates. SassiFit classes are in darkness lit only by pink Christmas lights so that students don't judge themselves or compare themselves to others. SassiFit is a body positive and confidence building program that is based in community and positive thinking.
