Tandava Yogic Dance WITH KATY PAULSON
Tuesdays - 6:00-7:00pm
Tandava Yogic Dance is choreographed yoga blended with uptempo contemporary dance. You'll be on your mat practicing shapes you know and combining them with fluid dance transitions. The class will begin with a yoga warm-up and then move into learning a set sequence, slowly at first, then picking up the pace until adding on portions of the choreYOGrAphy with music. All levels are welcome! Experience in dance or yoga is recommended but not required.

Similar to dance cardio classes with a bit more choreography... you will leave sweaty, happy and energized. We will learn a FUN new combo each week! No prior dance experience required... we promise.
candlelight Yoga flow

Join us for a slower paced vinyasa class balancing the perfect amount of effort and ease. Set to music and illuminated only by candles, this soulful vinyasa class will build strength and flexibility, dissolve tension, and promote a greater sense of well-being. Using props, meditation, and breathing techniques you will leave feeling refreshed, balanced and calm.

Power Yoga is fantastic for yogis who'd like to add an athletic flair to their yoga flow. We'll tap into the power of Prana through breathing techniques and practice intermediate to advanced yoga postures. Build strength and endurance in this faster-paced class with groovy beats and empowering core work.
